How am I charged?
Garage to garage billing applies at all our rental locations. Charges may vary depending upon the duration you require the vehicle for and also on the basis of car model and renting location. All applicable charges shall be shared with you before processing your request. Parking toll and all other taxes are to be paid extra on actual. What are the modes of payment?
All payments are to be made through valid credit cards.
How do I get an invoice for my trip?
Within 72 hours of your journey we will mail a copy of your invoice on the email address registered with us. You can also logon to our website and take a print of your invoice by submitting your Booking ID and registered mobile number on the home page.
Can I take this rented vehicle outside the city?
Guests are requested to provide prior information in case they intend to take the vehicle out of the city of rental. However, all vehicles are in any case allowed to ply inter-city.
How soon can I get the car?
All reservations made a minimum of 2 hours before the pick-up time can be handled subject to availability of the vehicle. In case of lesser time available, we suggest that the guests call up our call centre at +91-11-41841212 or 1860 500 1212 and check for availability.
