What will be covered under Comprehensive maintenance ?
Periodic maintenance as defined by the manufacturer, breakdown repairs & mechanical wear & tear throughout the contract lifecycle. It will, however, not include routine cleaning and tyre & battery repair. Also any mechanical or electrical damage due to negligence will not be covered under this service. In such cases, employees would need to pay the repair cost directly to the garage. Employees shall send the vehicle servicing requests in writing to COR only.
What will be covered under tyre & battery maintenance?
COR shall take care of the tyre & battery replacement (if required) including wheel alignment & balancing as per manufacturers' guidelines. This facility will not be applicable in case of accidental damage to tyre or battery.
What will be covered under Insurance?
Third party, Personal accident cover (up to 2 Lakhs) for all occupants, Driver legal liability and Own Damage risk.
What happens if I have an accident and need to make a claim?
COR will assist employees in claim process with the insurance company. COR will ensure cashless insurance claim through a preferred Insurance partner. In case employees have not opted for Accidental Depreciation Waiver service, employees will only need to pay the differential amount at the time of release of the car from workshop .
Can accessories be a part of Lease rental ?
Yes. But only upto 10% of the Ex-showroom price of the car.
What about discounts on the vehicles?
Employees have to get Performa Invoice for the required car. Employee shall be entitled to all discounts prevailing at that time including corporate and retail discount. The scheme shall not include any finance discount available in retail market through any financial institute.
Which car dealer should be contacted?
COR shall provide the list of preferred dealers at each location but in case requested car/model/variant is not available or there is variation in the discount, the employees will have the option of getting the car delivered from his preferred dealer.
