Rajiv K Vij - Chief Executive Officer

Having done his graduation from Hindu College, he followed it up with Post Graduation in Management from the Faculty of Management Studies , Delhi University . A major part of his initial working years were within the Automobile Industry . He held various positions at senior levels in Sales and Marketing with industry majors like Hindustan Motors before moving to Travel Industry . In the travel industry he can be credited with being instrumental in the growth and expanded reach of global car rental brands in India.

As Head of the Car Rental Business with International Travel House , an ITC group company he was responsible for expanding and turning around the Europcar Brand in India. Having successfully established this segment , he went on to Head - Sales for all travel segments at Travel House reporting directly to the Board of Directors.

The entrepreneur in him saw an opportunity in working with the world's largest car rental brand, Hertz and in 2001 he set up Carzonrent (India) Private Limited with a team of like minded professionals. The company was appointed Master Licensee for Hertz International in this region. A hands on professional in this segment he spearheaded the expansion of Hertz in India and in a short period of 4 years has taken the organization to the # 1 position in Car Rentals in India.

Having established a strong core team of professional managers, he now spends more time in taking the organization into its next level of expansion. Primary focus is on building Carzonrent into an integrated passenger ground transportation company through expansion of the services portfolio into Self Drive, Fleet Management, Operating Lease and Low Cost Taxi Services.

Ram Prakash Sharma - Chief Operating Officer Car Rental and Leasing

Ram has taken charge of Car Rental and Operating Lease businesses after managing the finance function of the company as CFO for many years. He is responsible for management of the existing business portfolio and implementation of growth strategies for the business .Ram has been with Carzonrent for almost 10 years and has contributed significantly to growth of the company as a key member of the management team.Ram is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK

Manish Trehan - Chief Operating Officer
Radio Taxi Division

Mr. Manish Trehan joined Carzonrent in August 2011 as the Chief Operating Officer for the Radio Taxi Division where we own the brand Easycabs. Manish has over 21 years of professional experience and has significant achievements in the areas of Operations, Sales, Marketing, Corporate Planning, Customer Service and Strategic planning  with some of the best companies in India in the Office Equipment, Media and Telecom Industries. The last 10 years of his career have been spent with Bharati Airtel Limited where he handled Operations, Customer Care, Service Strategy and Retail Marketing functions managing large teams and helping Airtel grow exponentially and meet customer expectations. Manish is responsible for  providing leadership to Radio Taxi business of the company  managing the existing business and expanding it in line with company’s vision for this very important and fast growing business in India.

Sakshi Vij - Head Marketing

Sakshi belongs to the breed of fresh MBA graduates striving to excel. Having graduated with an MBA in Services Marketing and Management from the SPJain Centre of Management-Dubai-Singapore, she has valuable experience of working in two distinctly progressive cities with organizations like YCH Logistics. She has also worked on projects with Finoble advisors.

Being responsible for the marketing function of the leader in Car rentals in a highly competitive industry, she takes the charge with innovation and creativity as the most important tools.

Sanjiv Mathur - Head IT

Sanjiv has studied Computer Programming and Business Management and carries with him 19 years of work experience in Technology function developing and managing travel technologies at software and travel companies.

He has worked with Kuoni Destination Management besides IRIS Software and IDPC Pvt Ltd.

Sanjiv heads the Information Technology function for all businesses and functions of the company and is a part of the corporate management team of the company.

Rakesh Bhatia - Corporate Financial Controller

Rakesh is responsible for corporate finance/accounts, taxation and treasury functions at Carzonrent. Being a qualified chartered accountant, he has worked for over 11 years in Transportation industry in the country. Rakesh has been with Carzonrent for almost 5 years and during this period, he has handled finance and accounts of all businesses. He took charge of corporate finance function two years back

Anirudh Singh - Senior Manager HR and Training

Anirudh is responsible for all HR and training responsibilities for the company. Anirudh has worked with Indian Army as a commissioned officer for seven years and later worked with technology, banking and hospitality sectors responsible for HRM function. He is an HR professional having done his post-graduation from Pune. He has also done certificate programs from IIM Kolkata.
