Having done his graduation from Hindu College, he followed it up with Post Graduation in Management from the faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University. A major part of his initial working years were within the Automobile Industry. He held various positions at senior levels in Sales and Marketing with industry majors like Hindustan Motors before moving to Travel Industry. In the travel industry he can be credited with being instrumental in the growth and expanded reach of global car rental brands in India.
The entrepreneur in him saw an opportunity in working with the world’s largest car rental brand, Hertz and in 2001 he set up Carzonrent (India) Private Limited with a team of like minded professional. The Company was appointed Master Licensee for Hertz International in this region. A hands on professional in this segment he spearheaded the expansion of Hertz in India and in a short period of 6 years, he has taken the organization to the # 1 position in Car Rentals in India. |

Ram Prakash Sharma

Ram has 10 years of rich experience in varied companies. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer in July 2006. Prior to that, he served the company as Financial Controller and Head-Finance.
As Chief Financial Officer, Ram is responsible for leading Carzonrent’s financial strategies including treasury activities, tax planning, accounting and reporting, internal audit and investor relations.
Prior to joining Carzonrent, Ram, was a Asst. Manager-Finance with Daskh e-Services (now IBM Daksh) and a Manager-Accounts with Indya.com.
Ram holds M.Com. from the University of Rajasthan. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK. |

Vikas Marwah

| Vikas after having spent 2 years taking care of the Car rental business, takes care of the complete radio taxi business for Carzonrent. Vikas has during the last 2 years launched the Largest and Best Limousine service in the country with a fleet of 75 Mercedes cars and expanded our car rental presence at all major airports in the country. He worked with JK Tyres and Goodyear India managing their sales function in different regions and at national level. He was involved with setting up, launch and build up of the business for a major European car rental brand in India as Vice President Sales and Marketing for two years before joining Carzonrent in 2007. |

Karunesh Arya

| Karunesh comes with over 9 years of experience to be responsible for the Car Rental and Operating Lease business at Carzonrent. He has been responsible for building and managing the Operating Lease Business for the company and has been handling the responsibilities for Business Development, Corporate Credit Control and Strategy functions. During last few years, the Lease team under Karunesh’s leadership has built a portfolio of over 100 large corporate clients and a fleet of over 1800 cars besides a servicing network across 30 cities in India. Karunesh has worked with SRF Finance and Ford Credit in regional and national sales and operational responsibilities prior to joining Carzonrent. |

Hormazd Mistri

| Hormazd is from that breed of automobile enthusiasts who live and sleep with automobiles. He has over 13 years of experience setting up workshops and managing large fleets in different parts of the country. Prior to joining Carzonrent, Hormazd has worked with Orix and Sona Mobility. At Carzonrent, he is responsible for procuring and managing the entire fleet of cars owned by the company across India. |

| Rajesh is an IT professional with over 13 years of experience with various companies last being at Kuoni Travel Group. As Head Information Technology, he has the responsibility to consolidate existing IT initiatives in each of the businesses and functions and plan for future initiatives in line with company’s business plans. He is responsible for major developments for all businesses and functions and has created a robust technology platform for the company. He is currently working on company vision to become a “completely process driven organization”. |

| Sakshi is a Marketing professional having completed her MBA from SP Jain Center of Management (Singapore and Dubai campuses) specializing in Services Marketing. As Head Marketing, she has the responsibility to handle Marketing and communications for Hertz, Hertz Lease and Easy Cabs brands and supporting the company’s business plans in the Indian market. She is the owner of Brand Management function for the company and is building and managing alliances, advertising campaigns, PR activities, customer satisfaction management etc. across all businesses. She is also developing a strong online commerce platform for the company. |
